We have extensive experience providing turnkey solutions for open cut mining operations, including mine-spec fire pump systems, dewatering pump stations (fishtanks), dewatering bore pump installations, haul-truck wash and demucking systems.

Quarrying

Quarry trucks leave site with mud on their wheels and chassis, and that needs managing before they reach the road. We design wheel wash and undercarriage systems sized to your trucks and your throughput. Where water is limited or discharge is strict, we can build recycling into the system from the start. We also supply dewatering pumps and water treatment for the pit, so one team can look after your site’s water from start to finish.

Civil Infrastructure

Defence & Military

Military vehicles require extensive cleaning after exercise prior to maintenance checks being performed or transporting to a new location. Our range of heavy vehicle wash bays gives tracked and wheeled vehicles that are often heavily soiled rapid restoration for operational readiness, maintenance or transportation, alongside biosecurity washdown for defence sites.

Rail & Specialised Industry

Using the proven technology of our heavy vehicle wash equipment, train rails can be integrated into a wash bay unit to supply a cleaning system suitable for rail vehicles, removing excess mineral dust at a train load-out facility before rolling stock continues many kilometres to port.

Industrial Processing

A processing plant depends on its water running reliably. We design and build process water systems, reagent and flocculant dosing plants, and fire protection systems, including modular fire booster sets built in our own workshop. Each is designed around your plant and sits within your wider water circuit, from treatment through to discharge or reuse.
