DESCRIPTION: Aqua Energy Group supplied a construction site in Tasmania with two 4m long automatic drive-through wash system and 180° disinfection gates. Each 20kL in-ground steel recycle tank has two submersible pumps that provide water to the wash system, allowing 95% of the water to be reused. A flocculant dosing system adjacent to the recycle tanks adds chemical to the incoming recycled water to aid with sediment settling. The disinfection gates are fitted with a separate dosing station to prevent spread of diseases such as Avian Influenza and Phytophthora cinnamomi (Dieback).
