alliance with Frutiger Company AG to offer a highperformance wheel wash system to the Australian
market. Frutiger Company AG has over 30 years’
experience and more than 6000 successful
installations in over 72 countries.

Continuous improvement of these truck wash bay systems
provided the next step – the demucking system.
A concept based on recoverability, washing
performance, and individual customer needs. The
demucking system is one of the most modern and
high-quality vehicle and plant equipment washing
systems in the world. It can be perfectly tailored to
customer needs in terms of washing performance
and water recycling.

The heavy vehicle wash bay design and water recycling depends mainly on the vehicle type (external dimensions, tracks or wheels, contours), the number of vehicles to be cleaned, and the degree of soiling.

The automated wash system operates with a closed loop recycle tank, ensuring 98% of water is saved for reuse.

5. NO HARSH CHEMICALS

A biodegradable flocculent dosing system can be added to control solids returning to the tank, enabling ease of removal as they build up.
An optional sludge conveyor system is available to push solids into a bin for easy disposal.

6. OIL CONTROL

An oil/water skimming unit and triple interceptor pit approved for containing oils and high water flow can be added to the system.

7. EASY INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

Aqua Energy Group have a team of project managers, multi-disciplined engineers and site installation/commissioning staff to ensure a complete turnkey installation.
