BALLARAT VEHICLE WASH SYSTEM

DESCRIPTION: Aqua Energy Group designed, supplied and installed the 7.2m long MobyONE from the MobyDick TailorMade Line. This robust system is completely hot-dip galvanised for reliability in a harsh mining environment. This system is fully automated and uses in-ground loop sensors to activate the system. Water drains into the adjacent concrete sump where it is recycled and reused using submersible pumps. The concrete weir prevents excessive solids from entering the intake of the pumps.

Spray bars on the exit side of the wash system allow for easy washing of the slab after a vehicle has been through. This arrangement washes water back toward the draining elements to be reused for the next wash.
