MOTOR CONTROL CENTERS / PANEL CONTROLLERS

MOTOR CONTROL CENTERS:


A Motor Control Center (MCC) is an assembly of one or more enclosed sections designed to control Electrical Motors or Equipment. They are manufactured to each individual application and can range from factory assembly of several Motor Starters and various add-ons including Variable Frequency Drives, Programmable Controllers and Metering.

Motor Control Centers are usually used for Low Voltage alternating current motors from 24V to 415V but can be specially built to accommodate up to 11000V. They can be packaged with a range of options including Separate Control Transformers, Switches, Thermal or Solid-State Protection Relays and Circuit Breakers to suit.


Aqua Energy Group can design and manufacture your complete Motor Control Center assembly to suit any Mine requirement or customer specification including Internal Control/Programming and wired in a Custom Control Panel of your choice of material.

PANEL CONTROLLERS:


Pump Starters/Controllers monitor flow and/or levels and control Pumps accordingly to maintain the desired levels and flow. Our most basic Pump Starters/Controllers can be as simple as an on/off function, or can utilise more advanced controls for speed, output pressure and other factors.


Aqua Energy Groups’ Control Panels are factory wired and are included in many Packaged Pump Systems including Fire Pumps.
